About Natalie

Hi, I'm Natalie, crazy mother of 2 boys on the spectrum (Mike & Ike) and wife to yet another fabulous boy. Dawn and I started this blog to have an outlet for parents emotions about dealing with our children with ASD whether they are kids or adults.  I recently moved from Massachusetts to Huntsville Alabama. I received an Audiology and Speech Pathology Degree from Brigham Young University in 2003. I feel strongly about promoting communication between Parents, Teachers, Providers and the Community at large. I want to facilitate dialog between all of us to better support those who are fighting each day to make a better life for our ASD loved ones.  Each day with my children brings new challenges and more understanding into their diagnosis. I love to hear about other people's challenges in raising a child, teenager or caring for an adult with ASD because it strengthens my resolve to do more for my children. I hope that by reading this blog you can feel our support and know that no matter what you struggle with as a parent there are others that are struggling right along with you. The point is to not stop fighting for our loved ones with ASD.
